What goes on in his
kitchen is best described as alchemy and not in a good way. There are two
things you should never ask about from this volatile and quite possibly insane
chef: His past, which is more chequered than a chessboard. And the soup. NEVER
EVER ask for the soup. It’s there only because it has to be.
